Cassius is a defector from the Garlean Empire where he experienced his share of horrors. Since burning down his family home and faking his own death, Cassian has changed his name, appearance and tone to better fit into Eorzean culture. It's hard to pick out his Garlean accent amidst the back alley brogue he usually speaks in. Though he is a pure blooded Garlean, he does not make this fact known to most and his third eye is hidden with a nifty enchantment woven by a friend! Upon approach, he just looks like a very large, very muscley mans with very pink sunglasses.
